Our High Purity Drinking Water is different.
We guarantee it is free of all potential nasties like chlorine, fluoride, metals, mineral variability and bacteria risks. It does not taste like spring water, or supermarket bottled water. It is cleaner and crisper than all others.
What makes us different: we predominantly source, filter and treat our rainwater in Parkes East NSW at 370 metres altitude through four stages of purification each with three filtration systems then a continuous circulation through ultra-violet light and at time of bottling we add medical grade oxygen. Our processes are the most advanced in the world.
Our owned-returnable 15 litre PET bottles are BPA free and have engineered taps so you can use them self-standing or in any cooler.
We sell our bottled water for $12 for 15 litres. Yes, we are cheaper than most. We are not motivated by profit; we are motivated by health and well-being and the common health and happiness of our community.
When we collect our empty bottles from you, we also give you a $1 credit for future orders. It may not seem like much, but it means the water is costing you less than 80 cents a litre and we get our bottles back in good order and condition.
Customers who "refer a friend" obtain additional advantages with a larger credit for every empty return on all future orders. Check your invoice for details.

We offer free delivery Monday to Friday within Parkes NSW. For surrounding shires up to 50km from Parkes we will deliver with minimum 6 bottles. Over 50 kms we will deliver at additional transport fee upon application.
We don't require you to sign any contract, nor do we have small printed legal terms no one even knows how to interpret. We just require a form of I.D., e-mail address, phone contact details for our database and for you to return our bottles in a good condition (we will email you our customer care requirements on your first order).

Our Focus
In January 2025 our baby could not drink town or supermarket bottled water because they had a high dissolved solid count, contained metal-based minerals, fluoride and chlorine and were not bacterially treated. Water that is not treated is a huge risk to health for any person not just babies.
The only water he could take was supplied in 600ml bottles by NSW Health Hospitals which are specially filtered and treated with Ozone by a company in Penrith NSW hence that is why we invested hundreds of thousands of dollars on research, development, infrastructure and equipment to achieve high purity drinking water that is bacterially treated.
Our industrial systems produce large amounts efficiently and we wanted to offer our community the same opportunity to have high purity drinking water.
Our Facility
Our water is not just purified, it is specially treated to be free of all potential microbes (fever causing bacterial fragments), making it essential for safe hydration in the body. While some authorities believe minerals in water are good for health, or chemicals like fluoride good for preventing tooth decay, or chlorine is the safest way to sterilize water, some research suggests risks of bacteria for untreated water is high, minerals and chemicals in water could have adverse effects on human health.
To obtain high purity drinking water requires a very specialized combination industrial filtration systems and a very complicated understanding of bacteria, diseases and contamination risks along with proven scientific experience and processes.
Our Compliance
We operate to food safety programs under the codex Alimentarius: General Principles of Food Hygiene –HACCP System [STANDARD 3.2.3] and Australian Drinking Water Guidelines 2011 (NHMRC and NRMMC 2011) as updated. We are also Biosecurity Accredited and comply with NSW Health, NSW Food Authority, NSW Public Health Act 2010, NSW Public Health Regulation 2012 and the NSW Food Act 2003.
NSW Health and The Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG) provide the framework for assessing water safety, including microbial, chemical, and physical parameters. These guidelines are used by water regulators to ensure water is safe at the point of use. Key indicators include the absence of E. coli, Cryptosporidium, and other pathogens, as well as limits on chemicals such as lead, fluoride, manganese, chlorine and nitrates.

Pure H20 Taste
Water is scarce, it can come from many sources - ground, river, lake, bore, aquifer, springs, seawater and rain.
Our water is predominately rainwater but during times of drought we may blend our rainwater with mangrove mountain spring water or other council approved sources before filtering and treating our water.
NSW Health state that natural spring water in addition to any source water is a high risk to health if not properly filtered and treated for bacteria.
Our high purity water has zero nasties, neutral pH, and a total dissolved solid count of less than 20 parts per million and constantly circulates through Ultra-Violet light. In addition, we oxygenate our water with pure medical grade oxygen at time of bottling which gives our water a delightful crisp taste.

Why Reusable Quality PET Bottles Matter
Microplastics in supermarket packaged water bottles are a significant concern due to their potential health risks and environmental impact. Research indicates that supermarket bottled water drinkers may be consuming up to 90,000 more microplastic particles per year than those who consume tap water. But then drinking tap water also has its problems with high chlorine and Total Dissolved Solids above 200 parts per million of unknown foreign matter.
Research shows that the presence of microplastics in supermarket bottled water is linked to various health issues, including inflammation, hormonal disruption, and neurological damage. Under certain circumstances, these bottles, particularly single-use ones as they are not as durable, can release plastics particles, along with chemicals and metals, into the water.

Using a UV water purifier is a safe and effective solution to achieve pure, bacteria-free water.

Zero Chemicals
Our industrial filters (thirteen of them) remove all chemicals from any water source. All our components are tested and certified by NSF to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 including Toray RO filtration membranes.
Our process control measures in our Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Management Plans ensure high purity water 100% of the time.
All bottles are routinely inspected, washed, sterilized, rinsed with a three-stage environmentally friendly and organic clean in place process. We bottle our water under positive pressure in a clean room environment. Our bottle caps and taps are sanitized before capping.
Sourced Rainwater
We are thankful for quality rainwater in our region. If during a drought we need to acquire other water sources, we like to use Mangrove Mountain Spring Water. If due to unforeseen circumstances due to long freight distances and uneconomical costs, because our industrial filters remove all nasties from any NSW Health approved water sources, it means we can blend rainwater with spring, aquifer or town water without compromising quality.
Did you know that "Pureau" brand in supermarkets use 100% regular Australian tap water, which typically comes from Sydney Water’s surface water catchments (e.g., Warragamba Dam). If they can make good water from their source (which it is good); it means our water must be better.
Why? Our systems are different to theirs, and our water is predominantly natural rainwater. The result: water that is highly likely 99% cleaner than all brands in Australia.
We are in the process of planning expansion for another 350, 000 litre tank which will enable us to bottle close to 500 bottles a week and a new truck that holds 250 full bottles.
Our factory is getting a laboratory upgrade with advanced precision instrumentation for monitoring and measuring all aspects of safety and quality.
